The tour will showcase the most innovative applications of solar technology used for the production of electricity and heat.

This year’s tour includes a solar farm, a solar hot-air collector, the largest residential solar-electric (photovoltaic) systems, building-integrated photovoltaics, a multiple-dwelling solar hot water system, and a solar/geothermal hybrid horse-riding arena.

The morning tour will be travelling in and around Regina.

The afternoon tour will travel to Moose Jaw and area. As well as door prizes, there will be a ticket draw for an inverter/charger worth $640.

The bus is air-conditioned and has a bathroom. All carbon emissions will be offset. Elizabeth May and David Suzuki have been invited.

Join like-minded people to learn about working examples of solar technologies.

Talk to solar contractors and designers about the costs of installing solar systems.

Meet homeowners who produce their own heat and electricity without greenhouse gases.
