When will Bush and Brown acknowledge that there is already a nuclear power in the Middle East?

"George Bush and Gordon Brown are right: there should be no nuclear weapons in the Middle East...."

Jake Rempel Comment:

George Monbiot is correct when he writes "George Bush and Gordon Brown are right: there should be no nuclear weapons in the Middle East...." (not in Iran nor in Israel).

I must add that nuclear weapons anywhere are a permanent Damocles sword over all of us, and the present nuclear powers are all adding to the overload of their monstrous weapons.

George Monbiot, however, like other bloggers and commentators, fails to go the root of the problem. Not only are Israel's nuclear weapons a big factor in the risk for disaster, but all mining and distribution of uranium from Canadian and all other sources proliferate radiation everywhere during the mining, processing, transportation, power generation, waste storage. manufacture of bombs, and manufacture and use of depleted uranium hardened munitions, which have been used in Afghanistan, Yugoslavia, and Iraq.
