Exciting news: a Judge in the U.K. acquitted protestors who blocked road to London’s Armaments Fair (it’s a big one). Laws are being broken by the weapons dealers; Governments turn a blind eye. The news report spells out the issues clearly. Saudi Arabia comes up more than once.

The UK news came after a CBC interview (9 minutes) about the Court Challenge in Canada to Saudi Arms contract by Constitutional lawyer Daniel Turp

The protests in Canada mount to over the $11 billion armaments contract with Saudi Arabia.

Mix

· Saudi with its record of terrible abuse of human rights and

· the destruction that is on-going in the Middle East - -

Canada might as well throw some more gasoline on the fire, I guess.

I was very surprised to see in one of the reports that the contract is through a crown corporation!
