KURTENBACH: International Bankers and Arms Manufacturers.

In 1791, Mayer Amschel Rothschild famously stated, "Allow me to issue and control a nation's currency, and I care not who makes the rules." - [ https://answers.yahoo.com/question/inde ... 338AABeIgU ]

Are international bankers, global financiers, responsible for unrest and war in our world? If they wish to loan money to the manufacturers of the weapons of war, they are free to do so.

The international bankers operate entirely in their own interests through the Bank of International Settlements [BIS] located in Basel, Switzerland. This group is responsible to no government anywhere. Almost all banks operate under the aegis of the BIS. Twelve of the largest private banks in the USA presently comprise the Federal Reserve, which operates with the BIS, with one government representative. The only state in the USA that operates its own bank is North Dakota. The BIS holds 712 tonnes of gold in reserve. It does issue money on those reserves.

John Maynard Keynes was considered the most influential economist of our time. During WW2, he wanted to close down the BIS, as it was being used to launder money for the Nazis.

President Andrew Jackson of the USA, [1832] was frustrated with how the banks operated. He called them,"a den of vipers and thieves". Jackson was shot to death in 1833. Subsequent Presidents, Zachary and Buchanan, were assassinated by poisoning, in 1850 and 1857. Abraham Lincoln printed "greenbacks" to pay for the revolution between the north and the south. He was shot and killed in 1865.

If Canada's banking system continues to operate under the structure of the Bank of International Settlements[BIS], Canada's future generations will be paying interest on our national debt for many more years. Canada does not need to operate its monetary structures with the BIS. The role of the Bank of Canada can be expanded under government supervision. The daily banking needs of Canadians can be well served by our excellent Credit Union establishments.

The Bank of International Settlements represents control and power by a relatively small number of global financiers.

We can never attain true peace for all human beings on Earth until we are prepared to overcome the "love for power and control" - - which can be over come only by the "power of love"
