Discussions between the provincial government and StarCore Nuclear regarding a small modular reactor demonstration (SMR) are progressing well, according to Pinawa Mayor Blair Skinner.

“StarCore Nuclear has already renewed discussions with Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) about the proposed project,” said Skinner. . . .
