APPEAL FOR COMMUNTY SUPPORT FROM NEWO-YOTINA FRIENDHSIP CENTRE
Regina’s Newo-Yotina recently launched a brand new Permanent Supportive Housing program within an apartment building, focused on supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health and addiction challenges. Many of the people we are housing are coming to us with little to nothing—and we want to change that.
We are currently accepting donations of gently used (or new) household and furniture items, and non-perishable food items including:
• Twin or double mattresses/box springs/frames
• Couches & chairs
• Tables & dressers
• Kitchen items (dishes, pots, utensils, small appliances)
• Towels, blankets and pillows & twin/double bed linen
• Lamps & home décor
• Non-perishable food items
