The Harper government is disgracing Canadians again.
Omar Khadr was in Iraq when the United States illegally invaded that country on clearly false premises in contravention of international law
The U.S. marine who Khadr killed was an invader.
Khadr was a combatant against that illegal invader and our government continues to be confused as to Khdar's right to a fair and just investigation of the circumstances and the consequent judgement in Canada.
In Guantonimo Khadr has had access to nothing resembling justice and our so-called leaders are confused and again demonstrate that they govern not by Canadian law, not by international law but in obsequious servitude to the same forces that controlled the disgraced president G.W. Bush.
This even after GWB has been overwhelmingly rejected by a huge majority of Americans.
Only in Canada you say!
